1. What are your methods of Payment?

Fairy Tale Greeting's shopping cart is provided through PayPal and will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck and PayPal. Visa and MasterCard debit cards are also accepted through PayPal.

2. How do I create my letter?

Creating your letter is as simple as the steps on our home page! Click the "Order Here" button, choose your desired background and letter, answer a few questions and delivery method, and then add to cart.

3. Can I order multiple letters in one transaction?

Yes. Simply click on the "Continue Shopping" button in your PayPal shopping cart to customize another letter.

4. Do you offer more than one letter?

Of course! We want to ensure that each of your children receive a unique letter from Santa. So Fairy Tale Greetings offers 4 unique letters!

5. When will my letter(s) from Santa be mailed and by which carrier?

USPS will be carrying our letters from Santa and they will be mailed on or before December 10th.

6. When will my letter(s) arrive?

Your letters will be mailed in time to ensure that they will be received on or before December 23rd!

7. Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax of 6% will only be charged for customers in the state of Michigan.

8. What's the difference between a PDF letter and a mailed letter by Santa?

The difference between the PDF letter and mailed letter is the delivery method. The mailed letter will be sent to your home with a unique postage mark from the North Pole, complete with a detailed envelope! The PDF letter will be sent to your email inbox and can be printed on your own printer.

9. Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally, only within the United States.

10. Are my transactions with FTGreetings.com secure?
